Katie grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois walking through custom built homes by her father since she could walk. The process of taking a home, and a client, from the exciting design phase, into the ever changing finished product, became a passion for Katie early on. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in Madison Business School with a BA in Business Management and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Katie moved down to Naples Florida to pursue building. She worked as a Project Manager for Toll Brothers and obtained her Real Estate License in 2005. After building homes at the semi custom level she decided to partner with her father and start Werchek Development in Naples. Jim is a native of Philadelphia and currently calls Marco Island, Florida home. He grew up moving around the country as his father got transferred every 2-3 years with Scott Paper Company. He’s lived in Delaware, New Jersey, Georgia, California, Texas and New York, all before his family settled back in the Philadelphia area where he finished high school. He then went on to the University of Scranton where he received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
After 20 years as a sales representative in the Paper and Pharmaceutical industry, Jim moved to Naples, Florida where he worked in the golf profession, which included time on the Senior PGA tour.

Jordyn was born in Long Lake, Minnesota before permanently relocating to the Naples area a short 8 years later. Kelly, as a sister of 7 and a twin, was Originally born in Minnesota and moved to Naples Florida as a young child with her family. Lisa was born and raised just south of Chicago. Her grandfather was a carpenter, her father was an electrician, and her brother-in-law is a General Contractor, so she has constantly been surrounded by and involved in building projects. She studied Art History at Loyola University Chicago and Rome, Italy and used her design and project management skills in a successful career with some of Chicago’s largest advertising agencies before transitioning into sales and real estate.
