Milda is extremely passionate about the real estate business and brings a great work ethic combined with honesty and integrity to the table. She makes the real estate buying/selling process clear and simple and enjoys helping her clients find the lifestyle of their dreams here in SW Florida.
For the past five years she worked with a top producing agent in Bonita Springs, where she successfully completed more than 125 transactions. Since 2020 she is with Caine Luxury Team powered by KW Realty Naples, and as one of a top Realtors, Milda and Caine Luxury Team, closed $250 mln. in Sales Volume in 2021.
Her career in Real Estate started with graduation in Real Estate Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. She also studied Real Estate at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. After graduation, she was involved in Property Management and Sales & Marketing for one of the premier hotels in Lithuania.
She is also multi-lingual -- in addition to English, she speaks Lithuanian and German.
To enhance her skill sets, Milda also studied Interior Design. She loves decorating homes to sell for top dollar and enjoys this creative pursuit.
