Deanna Cotroneo joins The Caine Luxury Team as the new Director of Operations and
Expansion. Prior to her new role, Deanna was the Market Center Administrator/CFO for Keller Williams Fort Myers and the Islands.

Deanna joined Keller Williams in 2015 and was named Rookie Of the Year before stepping away from sales and into her leadership role. Deanna has helped Keller Williams Fort Myers and the Islands Market Center rank in the top 5 in the Southwest Florida region and has coached and trained agents as well as created an agent-centric culture.

Deanna was born and raised in New York before moving to Florida in 2014. She has a 31 year old daughter in Maitland, Florida and has been with her husband Nick for 21 years. Deanna loves the Florida lifestyle and everything the state has to offer.

She is very excited to join the Caine Luxury team and seeing how she can help the agents and add value to their world.
