You can take the provided wagon, cooler and beach gear (umbrellas, Tommy Bahama chairs, etc.) for a short 3 minute stroll to Sunset Beach, which offers five miles of, sandy beaches amid native sea oats tucked beneath a halo of trees. The aquamarine waters glisten under incredible nightly sunsets. This townhouse offers plenty of space, a large kitchen, comfortable furniture, parking, and more. Enjoy waterfront views from the second and third floor balconies, where you can catch glimpses of dolphins, birds and manatees. Each of the three bedrooms offers an ensuite full bathroom as well as brand new king-sized mattresses. The space feels roomy, cozy, and comfortable with two complete work from home desk setups that include ergonomic chairs, 2nd screen monitors, water views, and one desk that converts to accommodate standing. Enjoy the large, well-equipped kitchen, bar area, and dining table. The house is situated amongst 8 side-by-side units, each with its own three levels (1st is parking and a covered lounge area, 2nd and 3rd are house interior). The pool, jacuzzi, and dock area is shared, but you'll enjoy plenty of privacy. The view from the shared dining table out back is the best you'll find anywhere in the area! Award-winning restaurants and open-air bars are just a short walk away, including Caddy's which sits directly on the beach and Ka'Tiki, which offers live music 7 days a week! Our beach cruisers can be taken for a short, enjoyable ride to Corey Avenue where there are additional food and drink options - we are happy to provide recommendations! Several shops and grocery stores are also nearby. Downtown St. Pete offers vibrant restaurants, nightlife, shopping, museums, Saturday Morning Farmers Market, and the recently-renovated pier. Some more of our favorite destinations nearby include Dunedin, Clearwater Beach. Renter is responsible for the electric - internet and cable included in rent.
