Village Brooke is a lovely community in the heart of Sarasota, conveniently located close to Gulf beaches (Siesta Key is just 6 miles away), shopping, restaurants, local attractions, and of course, the arts and entertainment that have made Sarasota into the vacation mecca that it is. Enjoy the Sarasota sunshine at one of two pools or tennis courts in the community of Village Brooke. The newly renovated clubhouse has a pool/ping pong table, big screen TV, library, and catering kitchen. The community offers lots of green space picnic tables, gazebo, BBQs, and shuffleboard. This unit offers a Queen bed in the spacious master, with a full attached and private master bath. Just down the hall is a lovely guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and easy access to the guest bath just across the hall. Its bright and updated kitchen makes meal preparation a delight. Start your day with a leisurely stroll to Starbucks (0.5 mi) for your favorite beverage, or if you like to start out with some cardio, then head over to Crunch Fitness (0.7 mi) for a workout. Visit Downtown Sarasota (4.6 mi) for plenty of shopping and dining choices. No need to even drive to happy hour, as The Parrot Patio Bar & Grill is only 0.3 miles from this Snowbird's nest. If you enjoy golfing, you will not have to go far, as there are three golf courses within 3 miles! Utilities, cable and WIFI are included. Association application and approval are required (application fee is $100). NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Prices shown are based on 4-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI.
